Synthos is a software studio based in Metro Manila. We build AI-integrated software and provide technology consultancy that helps organizations automate their routines, put existing data to use, and run operations with less manual effort. We pair current AI and data-science practice with production engineering experience to deliver systems that hold up in the real world.

Every engagement is led directly by its principals — a Georgia Tech M.S. in AI with production ML experience at Optum Labs, and a senior engineer whose platforms have scaled through a $6.1M seed round. We analyzed more than 11,600 enterprise IT support tickets, mapped the patterns driving routine Level-1 requests — file backup, common hardware issues, and account access — and designed an AI assistant to handle them without human intervention.
